Triangle Sushi Mold, White

Triangle Sushi Mold, White

$5.49★★★★★218

We mould this white rice press in Yokkaichi to turn warm seasoned rice into uniform shaped portions. The base holds three separate cavities while the matching top plate compresses the grain evenly from above.

It sits in a shallow utensil tray or on the prep counter without crowding the board. Each finished shape measures 1-1/2 l by 1-3/4 in across.
