From our moulds to your door, a piece takes two hops: we make it and our retail partner moves it. This page is honest about which hop is whose.
What the partner handles
Delivery is entirely the partner’s craft: carriers, timing, costs and tracking all live on the listing you order from. The checkout screen shows the delivery options for your address before you commit to anything, and the partner’s own help pages govern what happens en route.
What we handle
The thing in the box. Every piece leaves Yokkaichi already inspected; if what arrives does not match what the card promised, the partner’s claim process is the road, and it works.
A practical note: our pieces are light and stack well, so ordering two small things together rarely costs more road than one. The checkout screen will tell you exactly.
