Sending things back
Sometimes a basket meets the gap it was bought for and loses. Sending things back is a normal part of measuring the world, and the road back is short.
How it works
Returns run entirely through our retail partner, under the partner’s standard return window and conditions. Open your order history on the partner’s site, pick the item, and follow the steps; the listing spells out the window that applies. The money side is settled on the partner’s ledger, not ours.
Keep it returnable
Until you are sure a piece is staying, keep the labels on and the original bag intact. An unused piece in its bag sails through; a keeper that already held Tuesday’s curry does not.
Most returns we hear about are size regrets. The centimetres on each card are the cure; measure the gap before the button, and the road back stays untraveled.
