Japanese Rice and Vegetable Washing Bowl with Side and Bottom, Set of 2

Japanese Rice and Vegetable Washing Bowl with Side and Bottom, Set of 2

$13.99★★★★☆120

We mould these washing bowls with drain slits set directly into the side wall and base. Rinse water escapes through the slits while the grain stays inside the bowl.

Having two bowls on hand lets you wash vegetables in one while rice rests in the other. They nest together inside the cupboard when dry.

What makes it work

  • Moulded with integrated drainage slits across both the bottom base and the side wall.
  • Set includes two matching bowls so you can separate grain from raw produce.
  • Slit patterns let rinse water run free without dropping small grains into the sink.
  • Both bowls nest into one stack to take less room inside the cabinet.

How to use

Measure your rice or leafy vegetables directly into the bowl and add cold water. Swirl the contents with your hand and tip the rim toward the sink. Water pours through the side slits while the food stays behind. Repeat until the drain water runs clear.

Care

Wash by hand with mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Do not scrub the drain slits with stiff metal scouring pads. Let both bowls dry completely before nesting them together.
