White Large Radish Grater

White Large Radish Grater

$8.99★★★★☆15

We mould this wide grating plate in white resin with raised teeth that catch root vegetables firmly across the full stroke. The broad bed gives your hand room to work without your knuckles catching the rim.

It rests across prep bowls or sits flat on the cutting board while the grated daikon collects beneath the teeth. Thick side walls keep the vegetable pulp contained as you press.

What makes it work

  • Moulded from rigid white plastic that will not flex under the heavy downward pressure of grating dense roots.
  • Raised tooth pattern shears thick daikon and ginger into a fine, wet pulp with minimal drag.
  • Wide working surface provides generous clearance so large cut roots do not slip off the outer edges.
  • Smooth underside rinses clear under running water without trapping pulp in hidden crevices.

How to use

Rest the grater flat on your work surface or set it over a shallow prep bowl. Hold your peeled root vegetable firmly and draw it across the raised teeth in long, even strokes. Lift the grater away to collect the mound of pulp underneath.

Care

Rinse both sides under cold tap water right after use before the starches dry onto the teeth. Wash with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Air dry thoroughly before nesting it flat in the drawer.
