How to use
Lay the large sheet flat on your prep table for slicing vegetables or meat. Take the mini board when you only need to mince a single scallion or halve a lime. Lift both edges to funnel diced pieces directly into your pan without spilling over the sides.
Care
Wash each sheet by hand using mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Wipe dry or stand upright in a dish rack to drain thoroughly. Store flat in a drawer or tucked upright beside a prep container.
